Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit/debit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Post & packaging costs are as follows:

UK/British Isles/Northern Ireland

1-3 pairs - £1.00 per pair
4-6 pairs - 75p per pair
7 pairs or more - 60p per pair

Worldwide

£1.50 per pair

Goods are usually dispatched on the same day, this way your order usually arrives within 2 - 3 days within the UK, British Isles and Northern Ireland. Delivery will take longer for the rest of the world.

We endeavour to dispatch goods on the same day, but stock levels and post times can sometimes hinder this policy. In the case of stock levels, we will contact you to inform you of a delay and advice. We cannot be responsible for postal strikes and times.

If you would like to order your items on next day guarenteed delivery or special delivery, we can accomodate you for the relative charge. Just contact us and we can make these necessary arrangements.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or order a different item that is in stock. We usually say to allow 28 days for delivery of backordered items, but the majority of backordered items reach customers within a couple of weeks.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Due to Health & Hygiene reasons we do not refund or exchange items once they have been tried on. Before opening, please check your items when they arrive to make sure that they are what you ordered.

If a genuine mistake has been made by despatch and your goods are not what you ordered and they are in the original packaging, unopened and unworn, then we will exchange your item or refund your money including the postage.

If a mistake has been made on your part during the order process and you have accidentally ordered the wrong thing, then we will exchange your items only. No postage costs will be refunded under these circumstances. If your order is for 2 items or more, then postage will be charged accordingly. If your order is for one item, we will send free of charge.

If, for any of the reasons above, you need to send the goods back to us, you must return them within 20 working days of despatch date. No refunds or exchanges can be given after this period.

If the above guidelines have not been adhered to, we reserve the right to refuse items that have been returned.
