Finding products
If you know what you're looking for or wish to browse around, choose a category from the left side of the page. Click 'more info' (where applicable) to view details of the item or to purchase.
Choosing an item to purchase
Once you've found an item you'd like to purchase, simply click the 'add to basket image' link to add the item to your order.
You may notice some 'extra' items displayed along with the details of the product you are purchasing. The items are recommended to be coupled with the product to create a great combination. To add one of these items to your order, tick the small box next to the product image before clicking 'place order'.
You will be directed to an order page which shows details of the items you are purchasing and allows you to check the total charge for your order before entering the secure checkout. You can remove individual item(s) from your order by clicking the 'remove' checkbox and then Update.
Checkout
Once you're happy with all the details of your order click the red 'checkout' image link at the right hand side of the page, OR if in the shopping Basket at the bottom of the page to pay for your order.
You will be asked to enter your payment details, contact address, delivery address and to check over the terms and conditions.
You will be directed to the secure site of SecureHosting to enter your bank details (you can check the padlock at the bottom of your browser window). Any information you exchange with SecureHosting will not be viewed be any other person accessing the internet. Please make sure you enter all the mandatory fields. Please note that the billing address must be the address to which the debit/credit card is registered. This can be different from the address to which you wish the goods to be delivered.
Order confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive two emails to your registered email address. One to confirm your order details and one to confirm payment from Pebble UK. You should keep this email as receipt of order.
Delivery
All our products are delivered by Royal Mail. Our postage costs are as follows:
UK/British Isles/Northern Ireland
1-3 pairs - £1.00 per pair
4-6 pairs - 75p per pair
7 + pairs - 60p per pair
If your items are being posted abroad, then a flat rate of £1.50 per pair is charged.
Total time it takes to get your order = Availability + Delivery time
If your item is in stock we will dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. We strive to deliver goods within 3 working days, however, uncontrollable factors such as postal strikes and high demand for certain products, can sometimes hinder the speed of delivery. Goods going abroad may take longer delivery. |
