Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note: We post all our items by 2nd class delivery as our standard delivery. If you require first class or special delivery, please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your requirements.

Goods are usually dispatched on the same day, this way your order usually arrives within 3 days in the UK, British Isles and Northern Ireland. Delivery will take longer for the rest of the world.

We endeavour to dispatch goods on the same day, but stock levels and post times can sometimes hinder this policy. In the case of stock levels, we will contact you to inform you of a delay and advice. We cannot be responsible for postal strikes and times.

If you would like to order your items on next day guarenteed delivery or special delivery, we can accomodate you for the relative charge. Just contact us and we can make these necessary arrangements.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or order a different item that is in stock. We usually say to allow 28 days for delivery of backordered items, but the majority of backordered items reach customers within a couple of weeks.
