As long as what you've ordered is in stock, and you've ordered and paid for your goods before 2pm, then we will ship your order on the same day.
Where stock levels do not permit us to dispatch on the same day, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and offer alternative solutions, such as order amendment or cancellation.
We cannot be held responsible for postal strikes and delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, strikes and so on.
What delivery companies are used? Royal Mail for the majority of our posting services, or for larger orders, we may sometimes use courier services.
Do you ship for free? If you are in the UK and your order is £40 or over, then yes, we will ship it free of charge. If your order is between £30 and £39.99, there is a small charge of £1.50, anything else is charged at normal rate. It is up to our discretion how the order is sent, but generally, it is sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. For larger orders, we may need to add a 'Next Day' service to cover us for the contents of the order.
What do the delivery charges cost? Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the total weight of your order and all the relevant shipping options are given during the checkout stage, so you can choose.

UK Customers
Shipping to the UK is free if the order totals £40 or more, shipping to the UK costs £1.50 if the order value is between £30-£39.99.
1st Class Signed For £5.69 - Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day, this is not guaranteed, but is trackable once a signature is obtained.
2nd Class Signed For £4.89 - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, this is not guaranteed, but is trackable once a signature is obtained.
Tracked 24 £4.29 - Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day, this is not guaranteed, but you can track where the parcel is.
Tracked 48 £3.39 - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, this is not guaranteed, but you can track where the parcel is.
Next Day Delivery 9am from £28.95 - Tracked service that guarantees delivery by 9am the next working day. (Deliveries to Isle of Man and Channel Islands may be subject to delays due to customs checks.)

Saturday Guaranteed Delivery Services - Guaranteed delivery by 9am or 1pm on a Saturday (not available for Jersey, Sark, Herm and Alderney). For Saturday Guaranteed services there is an extra charge, so please call us on 0800 433 4757, this is not available to purchase online.
Where we have stated on the website that the office will be closed, we regret that we are unable to promise the above next day delivery services. Orders received up to 2pm on the last open day will be honoured, but any orders received after this will not be dispatched until the next open day. Our office open times will always be displayed on the homepage.
International Customers -
International Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For, International Tracked & Signed or International Tracked, whichever is available for your country.

Orders Not Delivered? If all/part of your order has been shipped from our office, but has not been delivered to you within a reasonable time frame, then we would first recommend contacting your local delivery depot or post office to see if there has been an attempted delivery, where the delivery person has omitted to leave you a card. if you still cannot source your order, please contact us so we can chase it. We normally have to allow 15 working days before we can resend the items to you, but once this period has passed the order will be resent via Recorded Delivery. We would always recommend choosing Next Day Guaranteed Delivery services, if you are in a hurry for your order.
