1. Measure your ankle, knee and thigh circumference, as per the diagram below. Note down the size.

2. Check the height and weight chart. If borderline, use the larger size (unless you are shorter in the leg). To convert stones to lbs, please multiply by 14, for example, if you are 10 stone 3, calculate as 10 x 14 =140 + 3 = 143 lbs.
