cG - Circumference of thigh approx. 2 finger widths below the groin
cF - Circumference of thigh midway between groin & knee
cD - Circumference just below bend of knee (approx 1 inch)
cB - Circumference of ankle just above the ankle bone
Length - Length of leg from floor to groin
