Blood Circulation DiagramDid You Know?

To get the correct therapy on your legs, you need to fit compression socks by your ankle and calf circumference - Never buy on your shoe size!

Always make sure your compression socks are made with an 'mmHg' number, it might look something like this '15-20 mmHg' or '14-17 mmHg' for example. Without this, they will not be sufficient to aid your blood circulation and won't offer any beneficial therapy.

The higher those 'mmHg' numbers, the more squeeze you will get! - Always double check with your doctor/physio/healthcare professional before using proper, compression socks.
